Lovprogram for 2024/2025
Regeringen har offentliggjort det kommende års lovprogram. På kulturministeriets område er det ubetinget vigtigste den kommende museumsreform. Høringen om udkastet til lov er afsluttet og selve lovforslaget forventes fremsat i november.
Blandt øvrige lovforslag kan nævnes:
- Lov om Nimbi GameLab (Institut for spiludvikling) (oktober)
- Nyborg Slot (formidlingsbygning) (oktober)
- Folkeoplysningsloven (tilskudsadministration) (november)
- Bortfald kulturaftaler (opgavebortfald) (november)
- Kulturværdier (straffe ved overtrædelse) (februar 2025)
- DR – ny model for bestyrelsesudpegning (februar 2025)
